SUMO Jumbo components are deliberately non-captive. Breakers, outlets and other parts can be sourced directly from SUMO or from your local electrical wholesaler. SUMO also interconnects with most other major DB brands, so you don’t need to swap your entire fleet to enjoy the benefits SUMO can bring.
The SUMO Jumbo’s unique, injected moulded polymer shell was designed to materially reduce freight and storage costs for end users. With a compact 12 to a pallet design, SUMO can save up to $800 a year for a fleet owner with 50% utilisation in a metro area compared to other DB’s that fit 2 to a pallet. 240 SUMO Boards can be fitted in a 40’ shipping container, as opposed to 44 boards for other brands.
SUMO Jumbo Boards are fully compliant with and independently tested to AS/NZS 61439.4 and AS/NZS 3012, giving you peace of mind that SUMO products are safe and built to withstand the rigours of Mining, Industrial and Construction applications. SUMO has in house engineers and compliance experts who work with external authorities to ensure our products are up to date with the latest compliance requirements.
SUMO Boards can be interconnected or “Daisy Chained”, this allows multiple boards to be run in series from one power source. With SUMO, you and your team can now have a greater reach around the worksite from the one power source.”
